Overall, if you’re not happy we will do our best to make it right for you. CBD Botanicals believes that our relationship with you cannot be measured in dollars. Our position in the health/wellness movement is predicated around actual health and wellness, not money. With that being said, here is some legal jargon for your reading pleasure.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! All new, unused/unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. However, the process must begin within 15 days from the delivery date. All items must be returned in new, unused/unopened condition with original box/packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BASED OFF TASTE. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns will be for a refund. Limited to one return per customer, per order. Only purchases up to $120 qualify for a refund. Please read the description for each product carefully.
A 20% restocking fee may apply for all non-defective merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable for non-defective returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns.
If the merchandise is reported to be damaged in transit, additional details, photos, etc. will be requested. Sometimes tracking may be untraceable. If package is lost, stolen, or refused/undeliverable/returned to sender, a credit cannot be issued until the package is received back in our warehouse. If the package is not received, no credit will be issued.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
All returns will be honored with a refund. Exchanges must be placed as new order and a separate transaction.
We will provide you with the appropriate instructions on how to return an item and where to send it to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
